The gentle sound of a bell and the sharp click of italian heels on expensive marble are the only indication the owner of the "Canaglia Ubriachi". The man known only to the regulars as "Giacota" stood from the low stool in which he adjusted a hemline to greet the new arrival, yet the person he saw left him with a sense of dread. Golden eyes that revealed little emotion, hair that fell in haphazard strands, and a mouth set in stone. These was the face that would remain in Giacota's mind for years to come. Yet, a man must always serve a customer, and so with a flourish that came only with years of service, he greeted the man in the tongue of the land. Of course, the man didn't look Japanese, but better safe than wrong. "Welcome to the Canaglia Ubriachi, how may I be of service?" With these words, Giacota would snap his fingers to call forth his protege, a young thing of Korean descent that he picked up in his travels, to take the jacket from the man's shoulders. It was only then that a single word would leave the lips of the stranger.
As the tan-skinned girl moves to retrieve Akegata's coat, he would shoo her away with a simple wave of his hand before approaching the man known around the underworld as Giacota Il Cucitrice. The man was famous! To those on the street, he was nothing more than the best Italian Tailor in all of Japan. Akegata knew better though. Giacota was once one of the most powerful Mafia leaders in all of France. There were still legends of his exploits. The stitching of a man's lips to his lover's feet before throwing her over a balcony came immediately to mind. This was just the place for the man known as Alban Sanguigno to die, and Akegata Sanguigno to be brought to life. Slipping into the barbaric Japanese known to the commoners, Akegata spoke. "Giacota-sama. I have work for you. This white suit has grown tiresome. Bring me the best you have, and the Sanguigno Familgia will reward you well." This of course, was nothing more than a bluff for Akegata found himself poor beyond words after coming to Japan. Alas, some lying had to take place. It was only as the Tailor disappeared to retrieve the proper materials that he allowed the young girl to take his coat. She was short, reaching only mid-chest of the tall Italian, but her shape was one of a full-grown woman. Silvery locks cascaded down her black-suited back as she smiled suggestively at the man. With a gentle tug she allowed him to lead him towards a curtained doorway, yet what he finds inside is not what he once thought. Instead of a bedroom, there simply resided a barber's chair. Of course, Akegata was ready for a change of pace. So, lacking trepidation, he sat in the chair and closed his eyes to nap. When he awoke, he found something quite magnificent. The hair on the sides of his head was no more, shaved into nihility as the other long strands were bleached even lighter before being formed into swept-back spikes. Happy with the skillful work performed, Akegata would simply reimburse the girl by pulling her into a tight embrace before standing to meet the Tailor. What awaited him was a resplendent black Armani suit accompanied by a pair of C&K dress shoes and a silver-studded belt. Donning these along with a simple white shirt and slate-gray tie, Akegata would nod to the man before striding outside into the busy street. To many, he appeared to be a thug. Yet, he was much, much more. He was a true Mafioso, and he was ready to kill.
