Friendly Duel | Shadow versus Daichi

Location: Nanimori Mountains
Battlefield: Rocky

It was early in the morning with the bright sun shining down on where Shadow stood. He was waiting for Daichi to arrive at the Nanimori mountain where they would have their duel as scheduled. Shadow wanted to have a friendly duel against Daichi without holding anything back even against an ally. It was around 9 in the morning and the wind was breezy as ever on top of the mountain. Shadow waited patiently while whipping out the dirt on his handgun. He had recently bought 3 cartilages just for the duel with Daichi.

Daichi was hit by a hard kick to the chin blood spilled from his lips pouring down to his chin as he flew back. In mid-air he was vulnerable to attack, but Daichi wouldn't let that happen as he broke the stone that had replaced the nails extended by propagation. Unable to move in mid air he took out his gun shooting a tree branch just above him to knock him down then falling to the ground close to the trees. Moving the branch he stood up scratched up by the fall with a bloody lip caused by the chin's damage impacting the mouth. Looking at Shadow he ran at him then suddenly moving to the side where Shadow's injured shoulder area was shooting 2 bullets and throwing a kick aimed for the stomach.

Shadow's kick landed a strong blow on his chin sending him flying back, but the two shots he fired almost got him if he hadn't been able to dodge them in time as it came towards him. Looking where the bullets had landed and taking it slow to turn back, Daichi's kick had him spit out some of his deep red blood. Daichi's shoes were definitely heavy, but if it wasn't that then it would've been his feet that were hard like stone. Shadow crashed to the ground as he held tightly to his stomach. Shadow then got to his feet staring into Daichi's eyes. "He sure is strong" Shadow thought as more blood came gushing out. Shadow took his hand and wiped all his blood off so that it wouldn't come in the way of the duel. Shadow took out his hand gun and shot two more bullets towards Daichi, but this time in two totally different angles. The first shot went straight towards Daichi, while the other one went off to the left of Daichi and towards a tree. Shadow had infused the second bullet with his sky flame and when it touched the tall tree, it turned to stone making it fragile and easy to break down.

Daichi watched as a bullet flew toward him, but he ignored it shooting a bullet to crash into its course then looking at the bullet passing by him as everything in his mind slowed. He looked behind him moving only his eyes seeing a large tree. Then looking back at the bullet moving it has been engulfed by sky flames. Unsure of sky flames abilities he fired a bullet covered in cloud flames as it hit the other bullet the sky flame engulfed bullet grew in size but the sky flames them self stayed the same size. The bullet slowed and fell to the floor crashing. Grass turning to stone, the ground hardening. Daichi looked shocked as he saw this. Re-focusing his attention to shadow he went at him throwing a punch aimed for the left knee. While in this close range also shooting bullets aimed for the uninjured arm ignoring the injured one. "Hey Shadow... You know you've got to be a bit more strategic with your plans. Had you shot more bullets i may not have noticed the one with the sky flame..." He said as he attacked.

With Shadow's second bullet landing on the ground causing the grass to solidify, he had no other choice than to use the grass to his advantage. And with the punch thrown by Daichi aimed at Shadow's left knee, he had no time to think of a strategy to use against Daichi. He could only think of how to get himself out of the current situation. With no hand-knife with him right now, Shadow lifted his right leg and blocked the punch aimed at him. When looking around, he noticed two bullets aimed at his other arm. With his injured arm not hurting as it did at the start, Shadow used his hand gun to block the shots aimed at his using his sky flame to engulf his whole gun causing the bullets to turn into nothing but fragile stones. Shadow then aimed his handgun onto Daichi's punching arm. He had no sign of hesitation, and pulled the trigger.

A bullet piercing through his arm blood splattering flying into the air. Moving his arm gun in hand as if punching he went to hit Shadow's forehead then moving down the punch being a distraction as he shot off another 2 bullets aimed at Shadow stomach throwing his gun into the air and grabbing shadow's gun hoping to shop him from blocking the bullets.

With two bullets coming straight at Shadow and his gun being held on tight by Daichi, his chances of being able dodge the bullets were slim if not impossible. Shadow had to think fast and come up with an idea to dodge the bullets. If only he had his hand knife with him which was currently holding Daichi's shield stuck towards the ground. If only he had destroyed that shield earlier and got his handknife back, but it was too late for that now. Shadow thought and thought about every possible maneuver to evade the bullets but each of them had a flaw or would at the end harm him fighting style. Shadow then came up with the only strategy that would reduce the damage but it would still do him harm. Shadow infused sky attribute flames towards his free arm and pulled it right before the bullets. The bullets pierced through but stopped halfway through. One bullet fell out while the other was still stuck in his arm. The sky flames did reduce the damage but because of the bullet turning into stone, the second bullet couldn't be removed unless it was taken out which would cause the blood stopped by the bullet to come gushing out. Shadow grit his teeth because of the pain but slowly endured it and was ready for another go at Daichi.

Shadow pulled his handgun as well as his hand which Daichi had pulled to make sure that the bullets had hit Shadow. With the pain in his other hand, Shadows aim wasn't all that accurate. Shadow had no other choice but to shoot recklessly. He shot 3 bullets in 3 different angles. One going towards Daichis feet towards the right incase he jumped to the right, another above daichi's head but aimed at the left incase he jumped left and another straight at Daichi. This was a sure hit situation.

Daichi smirked as he ran into one of the bullets coughing up blood as he continued to run at Shadow jumping at him while the bullet passed through his body leaving a nice hole oh so lucky between a few vital organs while also damaging one of his kidneys. As he stood less then a foot next to Shadow after his run he went to elbow the arm that had bullets turned to stone stuck in it. While aiming to shoot Shadow's left leg he laughed a bit throwing the gun into the air instead of pulling the trigger. Then going to sweep Shadow's legs whether or not his elbow made contact with his target didn't matter much to Daichi as the gun began to fall down from the sky.
